Do you provide refunds?

No we do not. We provide Return and Exchange Policy only.

How many days do I have if I were to Return and Exchange the item I bought?

You have 10 working days to return the item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange
( colour, size, design ), your item must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also not been been washed nor altered. All exchange are subjected to size, colour and design availability.

My purchased item was already damaged prior to me wearing it. I would like to return the damaged item.

Yes you may. Do inform us immediately once item is received. Failing which, no exchange/refund will be made. We will be needing proof of damage. You may also exchange to same item or different item of the same value or of higher value.

What courier should I use?

All exchange items must be sent using a courier with tracking. Or you could visit us at our Studio for the exchange.

What do I need to provide SUEKA SUEKA to be eligible for an exchange?

Please provide us with the receipt or proof of your purchase and email us at admin@suekasueka.com.my In an event the same item is no longer available, customer has a choice of refund or choosing other item of the same or higher value.

What about the shipping cost?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for both RETURN and EXCHANGE of your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

How to exchange?

Drop us an email at admin@suekasueka.com.my within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Please include the order number along with the item received and reason of exchange.
